Bioethics mediation is a guide to the resolution of difficult decisions about appropriate health care. Bioethical mediation embraces all the interests of the parties and assures that decisions are based on respect for all the people affected and on the rights of the patient. This seminar will provide a theoretical framework for understanding how mediation can be used effectively to resolve conflicts that arise in health care settings.
