Geriatric Care Management Assessment

Marcie provides assessments and evaluations for the purpose of developing a plan of care. Problem areas will be identified, strengths recognized and recommendations will be made to assist the older person achieve the highest quality of life in the least restrictive setting.

Education & Training

Professional seminars provided by Marcie Cooper have been approved for continuing education credit by the New Jersey Board of Social Work Examiners for Social Workers and the Commission for Case Manager Certification for Case Managers (CCM). They are also accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies for continuing education for Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses.

Ms. Cooper also provides specialized training to health care providers, caregivers, students and others interested in serving the geriatric community.

Expert or Neutral Witness

Marcie Cooper is available to serve as an expert or neutral witness in situations where there is a need for an assessment of the care needs of an individual and the development of recommendations for achieving the highest possible quality of life.

Ms. Cooper can provide a case review and consultation, an assessment and written report as well as deposition and testimony.
